We are on the east side of the North Dallas Tollway (Northbound), just north of Texas Health Resources Frisco Hospital and south of Panther Creek Parkway.

Mon–Wed 8 am - 4:00 pm (closed 12-1 for recharge)
Thur 8 am - 6 pm (closed 12-1 for recharge)
Fri 8 am - 2 pm (open full day)
Closed weekends
Lab Walk-In Hours 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (closed 12–1)
Friday lab hours: 8:30 am to 2 pm

Appointments
We never want you to wait for six months to see a provider!
We get new patients in for an appointment in less than 2 weeks with most providers for most conditions.
We do have same-day sick appointments for bladder infections, vaginal infections, viral infections, etc. Please notify the front desk when you call that you’d like to be seen as soon as possible for an urgent issue.
Our online scheduling is currently closed. Please know, all providers are not participating for now. Subject to change!

BCBS HMO/PPO, CIGNA, HUMANA, AETNA, UNITED, PHCS, NEW ERA, MEDICARE, FREEDOM LIFE, BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE, OSCAR.
We are out of network with some marketplace plans, but please call 940-365-9001 to verify your plan is covered. Also, our panel for some marketplace plans may be at capacity, so just because an insurance lists us as “in network” does not mean we are currently accepting new patients with that insurance.
