payment

Cash prices are the costs for medical care associated with an appointment or procedure that are not reimbursed by insurance. If you choose, you can either bill your insurance (if accepted) or pay the cash price out of pocket. At Be., we strive for transparency about our charges.
-
If you have in-network coverage with Be., your health plan will be billed for the cost of your medical care. However, patients are still responsible for their co-pay and/or coinsurance, depending on your plan. We recommend calling your health plan to check your deductible and in-network coverage.
-
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and FSA/HSA cards. A 3% service fee may apply to some payments.
-
If you can't find the procedure or service you're looking for, we recommend messaging a Care Coordinator. If we offer the service, we can send you a link to book your appointment along with cost information, or provide contact information for a referral.

Important Billing Reminders:
If you have in-network insurance with Be., we will submit your claims directly to your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your health plan to see if a service is covered and to understand any patient responsibilities, such as copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. If there's a remaining balance after your insurance has processed your claim, we will bill you for that amount.
- Please note that Be. does not process labs or specimens directly, regardless of your insurance status. A third-party provider (like LabCorp) will bill you directly for these services. You can learn more about lab billing at Be. through our resources.
