  • What is Reiki?

    In simple terms, reiki is an energy healing technique. During a reiki session, a reiki practitioner (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.​

    ​Reiki has nothing to do with spiritualism or the occult and is compatible with all religions, beliefs, nationalities, race, color or creed and is entirely non-judgemental.

  • why honeycomb?

    Because a honeycomb is naturally made up of hexagonal prisms, it was considered by philosophers to be the manifestation of divine harmony in nature.

    ​Its construction was associated with insight and wisdom.

    The six points symbolize divine power, majesty, wisdom, love, mercy, and justice.

    It is the most physical and light body and brings it into coherence with your emotional, mental and physical body. It is a very potent transmutational energy that can ease suffering in all areas of your life.

  • I'll admit, I was doubtful about Reiki prior to seeing Dr B for a session. She is an angelic spirit with a profound ability to make one feel safe and comfortable as soon as she starts to work. The only thing I regret is not crossing paths with her sooner!

    ​In my day job, I’m a physical healer, but I’ve been a student in energy healing for decades. Growing up, my family enjoyed the spiritual world; my parents even took me to learn transcendental meditation as a child. I knew early on that as an empath, a Pisces and a leftie (the trifecta!), I needed extra support to feel attached and grounded, so I visited shaman, spiritual retreats, Reiki and more.

    I didn’t set out to become an energy healer/lightworker, but I now know that that’s exactly what was happening and that’s the path I’d been preparing for for decades. I had to let go of my ego and open up to new possibilities for how the universe worked. My sense of what happens in sessions completely changed over time, and I learned to let go and let love.

    I want women to feel freakin’ amazing—but not just that they fit in their size 8 jeans and have great cholesterol (that doesn’t measure health truly, right?) I realize that we need deeper work to truly connect to ourselves and the world around us, and I want to further heal women energetically. I want to be a conduit so that you can learn to spread your wings and fly! My healing style is authentic, compassionate and empathic.

    You can enjoy life, expand further, love more and emanate light. It is all so very possible, my sister.

    I am a natural-born intuitive, always being guided by my angelic family. Having always had a strong sense of energy around me, I am highly empathic, sensitive, and a natural healer. I have lived in 4 different countries and speak 4 languages. I'm a mom of 3 handsome boys, they are 8, 7, and 4 years old.

    My background prior to this work has led me to wear so many different hats in my life, 10 years in the aviation industry, event planner and business owner at a fitness studio and so many other hobbies in between. I have a zest for life and am passionate to learn. I like to understand how things work and how they can improve people's lives.

    When I had my first Reiki session, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was very desperate. I had lost my voice for over 8 weeks, and I had tried doctors and voice therapy but nothing worked for me.After my first session, I got my voice back and immediately felt a boost of energy, I was just feeling so much better. I couldn't deny that there was a special power in the energy session I had just received and, of course, I wanted to know more.

    ​Initially, I wanted to learn for myself because I've given so many years of my life taking care of everyone else, so I took time to focus on myself and heal. However, having experienced the magic of energy healing and what it has done for me I can’t help but want to share this gift with others. It has taught me about unconditional love and how everything we do comes from our hearts, and I can’t wait to share my heart with you.
