Are you new to yoga? Great! Our classes are beginner-friendly but challenging enough for a practiced yogi. We offer yoga classes designed for women of all ages and levels. Whether you are pregnant, struggling with illness or just need to get active, we have a yoga class to ease your body and mind.
All classes welcome all levels.
Please call or email to register PRIOR to class starting. Sometimes, we place a class on hold until a minimum number of students is met.
