COVID-19 Updates

As we receive updates from the community and make adjustments to our procedures during the coronavirus outbreak, we will update this page. The most recent news is at the top. We are offering Tele-Medicine visits during this time!

March 24, 2020:

Dr. Bartos posted a video answering your questions about pregnancy and COVID_19.

March 20, 2020:

Local hospitals are postponing elective/non-emergency surgeries. Please be patient as we reschedule procedures. We will contact patients as needed over the next few business days.

March 18, 2020:

Our phones are working! We are experiencing a higher volume of calls coming into the office. Please email reception@beagreatwoman.com or call back in the afternoon. Thank you for your patience. We know this is an extremely stressful time. 

March 17, 2020:

For the time being, the clinic is closed to visitors. If you’re being seen in-office, please leave children at home. Anyone accompanying you to the clinic will need to wait in the car. Please DO NOT leave your children in the car. Leave them at home with a responsible individual.

March 16, 2020:

Effective Immediately: We are moving as many appointments to tele-medicine as possible. If you already have an appointment on the schedule, we will call you! 

We will collect deductibles/co-pays over the phone. You will have to sign a consent form before your appointment. It will be sent to your email, and you will need to send it back via email.

If you are coming in for a sick appointment, please remain in your car. Call the clinic to check-in over the phone. we will then get you checked in for your appointment with instructions designed to keep you, other patients, and our staff as safe as possible.

March 13, 2020:

In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are implementing new in-office procedures designed to keep you and all our patients safe. We are in the process of reviewing our policies and exploring options for tele-medicine visits if possible. More details to come!
