The Texas Medical Board has issued new requirements for in-person patients. Please contact us via phone or email if you have any questions! Thank you for your cooperation.


April 28, 2020:

We are opening our schedule starting in May for a limited number of elective services including Botox & Fillers. Space for these types of appointments is VERY limited, but we encourage you to schedule your appointment now to avoid a long wait time. 💚 Call the office at 940-365-9001 to schedule!




April 6, 2020:

To better facilitate our Tele-Medicine visits, we are temporarily shifting our in-person clinic hours. Although we’ll still be available via email during our regular hours, our in-office hours are as follows:

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Fridays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tele-Medicine visits are available during and after these times, in the evenings or the weekends as needed and by appointment.

March 20, 2020:

Local hospitals are postponing elective/non-emergency surgeries. Please be patient as we reschedule procedures. We will contact patients as needed over the next few business days.

March 18, 2020:

Our phones are working! We are experiencing a higher volume of calls coming into the office. Please email or call back in the afternoon. Thank you for your patience. We know this is an extremely stressful time. 

March 17, 2020:

For the time being, the clinic is closed to visitors. If you’re being seen in-office, please leave children at home. Anyone accompanying you to the clinic will need to wait in the car. Please DO NOT leave your children in the car. Leave them at home with a responsible individual.

March 16, 2020:

Effective Immediately: We are moving as many appointments to tele-medicine as possible. If you already have an appointment on the schedule, we will call you! 

We will collect deductibles/co-pays over the phone. You will have to sign a consent form before your appointment. It will be sent to your email, and you will need to send it back via email.

If you are coming in for a sick appointment, please remain in your car. Call the clinic to check-in over the phone. we will then get you checked in for your appointment with instructions designed to keep you, other patients, and our staff as safe as possible.

March 13, 2020:

In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are implementing new in-office procedures designed to keep you and all our patients safe. We are in the process of reviewing our policies and exploring options for tele-medicine visits if possible. More details to come!
